I, the undersigned (hereinafter — the "Subject"), hereby freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Promselhozbank (hereinafter — the "Bank") to process my personal data submitted through the feedback form on the Bank's official website.

7. Rights of the Subject

The Subject has the right to:

Withdraw this consent at any time by submitting a written request to the Bank;

Lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority;
Receive information regarding the processing of their personal data.

8. Withdrawal of Consent

This consent may be withdrawn by the Subject at any time by sending a written notice to the Bank's registered address or by contacting the Bank through official channels. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.
