Adding money to your PayInRussia balance is fast and safe. Simply use your usual payment methods within the app. You can load up to 15,000 rubles immediately. For larger amounts—up to 600,000 rubles—just complete four quick verification steps:
1. Fill out the form
2. Take a selfie 
3. Upload a scan of your travel passport 
4. If you have already arrived in Russia, upload your migration card.

Adding money to your balance is available even before the arrival to get ready for the trip in advance and pay for online booking services.

Open the app, tap the QR- icon, scan the QR- code, and confirm your payment. Your transaction will be completed instantly and safely. Payments with QR codes  are widely used across Russia and are available both online and offline—in hotels, restaurants, taxis, stores, and tourist locations.

Cash withdrawals are not available at this time. We recommend estimating your travel expenses before loading your PayInRussia balance. We also advise using the top-up option—this allows you to add money as needed, without excess amounts. Top-ups are instant and can be easily made through the app.
If you have funds remaining on your account when you leave Russia, your balance will remain available and can be used during your next visit within the validity period indicated in the app (thestandard validity period is 30 days from the first day of next month of cardexpiration date).
